Simmer the Baja Blast until reduced to about ⅓ cup. Cool completely.
Heat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix the graham cracker crumbs, butter, brown sugar, and salt. Press into a 9-inch pie plate.
Bake the crust for 10 minutes. Cool slightly.
Whisk together the condensed milk, cooled Baja Blast concentrate, key lime juice, salt, and food coloring.
Whisk in the egg yolks until just combined.
Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
Bake for 18–20 minutes, until the edges are set and the center still jiggles slightly.
Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until firm peaks form.
Pipe or spread the whipped cream over the chilled pie and serve cold.
